Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the IDCS program at Joint Base San Antonio, TX. This role directs the Leidos Infrastructure Section, overseeing lab operations, service management, cloud services, and customer engagements.

You will work with senior leaders, manage budgets and timelines, and drive technical direction across on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring security and compliance. This role requires DoD familiarity and active clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 6+ years.
• Minimum of 4+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Demonstrated success managing a customer or client relationship as the primary contact.
• Extensive knowledge of network architecture, server management, virtualization, cloud computing, and data center operations.
• Active DoD 8140 Advanced-level certification and U.S. citizenship or clearance eligibility.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and brief senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manages large-scale, technical projects from start to finish within schedule and budget.
• Leads Infrastructure Section and develops junior leaders across sites.
• Establishes relationships with PMO leaders, subcontract partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversees design, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
• Develops disaster recovery plans and ensures continuous operations.
