Job summary

Leidos in San Antonio, TX seeks a Product Delivery Manager for the IDCS program supporting USAF DCO. You will lead delivery of software, cyber tools, and hardware, coordinating Government stakeholders with engineering, cybersecurity, and vendors to meet mission priorities.

Ideal candidates have DoD delivery experience, strong Agile background, and proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in secure environments.

Qualifications

Eight years of technical product delivery or program execution experience.
Experience delivering software and hardware in secure environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Clear understanding of DoD lifecycle and systems engineering processes.
Experience with DoD or Federal government programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of software, cyber tools, and hardware for USAF DCO.
Coordinate schedules across software, systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and hardware teams.
Prioritize capabilities with Government Product Owners and PMs.
Develop roadmaps, release plans, and milestones.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies across cross-functional teams.
Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints with mitigations.
Coordinate hardware acquisition, staging, integration, and deployment.
Ensure releases meet RMF, DoD cyber, STIGs, ATO, and Air Force standards.
Track metrics: schedule, velocity, quality, deployment readiness, satisfaction.
Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor deliverables.
