Job summary

GeorgeJon is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage secure, highly available eDiscovery platforms and networks. The role involves installing, maintaining and upgrading the client environment, with a focus on reliability and performance.

It is fully remote with potential travel, and hiring currently focuses on the USA along with Poland and India. The candidate should have strong communication, analytical and teamwork skills, plus experience with Relativity, NUIX, LAW and

Qualifications

• Proficient in Relativity, NUIX and LAW software platforms.
• Administration of Windows Server 2012 or newer.
• Scripting and automation capabilities.
• Microsoft SQL Server and IIS administration.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware) and storage (SAN/NAS/DAS).
• Knowledge of Cisco routing and switching; Dell hardware experience.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise and EDRM framework.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support eDiscovery applications and supporting infrastructure.
• eDiscovery software support, triage and route calls to appropriate parties.
• Assist Application Support Engineers with issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure client environments meet George Jon requirements and best practices.
• Maintain client environments across George Jon’s global footprint.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of George Jon’s offerings to fit customer needs.
• Assist team members and provide escalation support as needed.
• Create and edit documentation of internal processes and procedures.
• Communicate incident progress to customers and notify about changes.
• Enter work as service tickets into ConnectWise; log time and expenses.
