Job summary

GeorgeJon is seeking a Senior ApplicationSupport Engineer to expertly support multiple eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity, NUIX, Reveal, CloudNine and iPro. This remote role requires strong diagnostic, documentation and customer communication skills.

The candidate will manage upgrades, maintain client environments, and coordinate with teams while traveling up to 10% as needed. United States, Poland, and India opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, NUIX and Reveal.
• Ability to triage, escalate and coordinate with technicians.
• Strong understanding of hosting infrastructures and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support eDiscovery apps on frontend and backend, including Relativity, NUIX, Reveal, CloudNine, and iPro.
• Triage issues, route to appropriate technicians, maintain client environments.
• Develop knowledge of software catalog and customer needs; document processes.
• Enter work as tickets in ConnectWise and track time/expenses daily.
