Job summary

Request Technology, LLC is seeking a Sr. Application Engineer to focus on production support for eDiscovery and litigation apps such as Relativity Server/One, Reveal and BrainSpace.

The role requires strong technical leadership, API integrations, and hands-on scripting in SQL, Linux and PowerShell. The position is a permanent full-time hybrid role with three days on site in New York and two days remote, with sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in advanced application support, configuration, or innovation-focused roles.
• Strong expertise with eDiscovery and litigation technology platforms.
• Experience with AI and automation technologies.
• Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, ETL, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on SQL, Linux, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize legal and litigation technology solutions to meet complex firm requirements.
• Lead integration of cloud and on-prem data sources into SaaS platforms.
• Provide Level 3 application support and resolve complex Level 2 issues.
• Partner with vendors to align with standards, best practices, and efficiency goals.
• Manage upgrades, conversions, and enhancements with business partners.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Act as SME for technology initiatives within Litigation Practice Delivery.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide operational support.

A prestigious company is looking for a Sr. Application Engineer. This role will focus on production support of e discovery and litigation applications such as Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize legal and litigation technology solutions to meet advanced firm requirements
• Lead the integration of cloud and on premises data sources into SaaS platforms
• Serve as a senior escalation point, providing Level 3 application support and resolving complex Level 2 issues
• Partner with vendors to ensure alignment with firm standards, best practices, and efficiency goals
• Manage system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements in coordination with non IT business partners
• Ensure all applications comply with security, governance, and compliance standards
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting
• Act as a subject matter expert for technology initiatives within Litigation Practice Delivery
• Provide operational support, including participation in a shared on call rotation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in advanced application support, configuration, or innovation focused technical roles
• Strong expertise with e discovery and litigation technology platforms (e.g., Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace)
• Experience working with emerging AI and automation technologies
• Solid understanding of application and data integrations, including APIs, ETL, and data pipelines
