Job summary

IST Management is seeking a Legal Solutions Consultant to oversee e-Discovery projects. This full-time, remote role involves planning, implementation, and tracking of projects while leveraging experience with the Relativity platform.

Qualifications

• Strong senior level experience with the Relativity platform.
• Proven relationships with clients who can bring in e-Discovery work.
• Desire and ability to bring in net new business with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist e-Discovery sales executives by attending meetings and/or phone conferences.
• Guide team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and optimization.
• Define, measure, and report key performance indicators for each project.
• Manage detailed end-to-end work plans, including budget and resource control.
• Perform risk management and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Manage technical specifications for new customer products.
