Orb Inc is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to enhance reliability and maintain systems that support business operations. You will engage in diverse engineering challenges while enjoying a hybrid work culture, where you are in office 3 days/week and have flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on infrastructure for at least 4 years.
• Ability to investigate and debug complex errors and performance issues.
• Experience building scalable infrastructure for high-growth products.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure resiliency efforts, including recovery mechanisms and tenant isolation.
• Improve observability and operability of systems.
• Build performance-critical, user-facing infrastructure.
• Plan scaling initiatives for large customer growth.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable product features.
• Mentor fellow engineers on best practices.
