Job summary

SurePoint Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across colocation and cloud environments. You will lead projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to standards and runbooks in a fast-paced legal-tech setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience, VMware/Omnissa Horizon proficiency, and strong AD/Windows Server skills, with a willingness to travel to the Cincinnati data center as

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive IT infrastructure engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related military/training considered.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, PowerShell, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support infrastructure spanning colocation, AWS, networking, storage, virtualization, and identity services.
• Lead moderately complex infrastructure projects from design through implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues; act as escalation point.
• Develop and refine infrastructure architecture standards, guidelines, and runbooks.
• Evaluate new tools/tech and suggest improvements for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Travel occasionally to the Cincinnati data center to support operations.
