Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting products/infrastructure
• Solid knowledge of hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, performance
• Scripting skills (e.g., Python) and strong communication to drive meetings
• Experience across multiple clouds (public/private) and migration know-how
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Netcool and related tooling

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to moderate-scope projects, improve data and systems at scale, and monitor applications end-to-end
• Resolve nuances and determine escalation paths
• Execute conventional approaches to break down complex problems
• Support daily activities for standard capacity process applications
• Partner with app and infra teams to identify capacity risks and remediation status
• Consider upstream/downstream data and system implications
• Make significant decisions for multi-technology projects
