JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer III to support infrastructure across multiple applications and data at scale. The role focuses on applying technical knowledge to moderate-scope projects, owning escalation paths, and driving capacity governance with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in infrastructure support, strong scripting skills (Python), and hands-on cloud experience across public/private environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting products or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of infrastructure disciplines such as hardware, networking, storage, deployment, automation.
• Experience with multiple cloud technologies and cross-cloud migration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive meetings.
• Hands-on with automation and scripting (Python).

Responsibilities

• Applies technical knowledge to projects of moderate scope with a focus on data and systems at scale.
• Resolve nuances and determine escalation paths as needed.
• Execute conventional approaches to break down complex problems.
• Support daily activities for standard capacity process applications.
• Partner with application and infrastructure teams to manage capacity risks and remediation.
• Consider upstream/downstream data and technical implications.
• Make significant decisions for projects spanning multiple technologies.
• Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within the team.
