Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure engineering areas such as hardware, networking or storage.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted recommendations and ensure resiliency, security and auditability.
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge across public and private clouds.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation and observability practices.
• Strong incident management and cross-team delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to projects of moderate scope with creative solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end infrastructure changes for BI platforms across Windows/Linux and AWS/SaaS.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and documentation.
• Lead a workstream across core infrastructure domains, managing scope and risk.
• Collaborate with security, IAM, SRE, and vendors to modernize platforms.
