Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks an experienced IT professional to maintain and enhance the infrastructure and operational environments that support Vizient’s information technology landscape.

You will support internal and external customers, evaluating requirements to deliver appropriate technical specifications and solutions. Key responsibilities include managing application administration, troubleshooting Tier 3 issues, automating processes, documenting solutions, and driving continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably with progressive application administration.
• Tier 3 level troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience with enterprise application administration.
• Advanced understanding of Elasticsearch/Kibana.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python and/or Java.

Responsibilities

• Understand applicable requirements for routine situations to assist in maintaining routine application solutions.
• Address user tickets regarding all aspects of application administration.
• Assist with providing guidance to customers with configuring applications.
• Manage the testing and administration of applications.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
• Report customer feedback and potential product requests.
• Help create technical documentation and manuals.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Continually drive towards improvement of Vizient’s enterprise application ecosystem.
• Educate, train and assist team members
