Job summary

Vizient seeks an experienced IT professional to maintain and improve the infrastructure and operational environments supporting Vizient's information technology landscape. You will support internal and external customers, evaluating requirements to provide appropriate technical specifications and solutions.

The role emphasizes enterprise application administration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the application ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably with progressive application administration.
• Experience with enterprise application administration.
• Tier 3 level troubleshooting support experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand applicable requirements to assist in maintaining routine application solutions.
• Address user tickets regarding all aspects of application administration.
• Assist with providing guidance to customers configuring applications.
• Manage testing and administration of applications.
• Follow up with clients to ensure systems are functional.
• Report customer feedback and potential product requests.
• Help create technical documentation and manuals.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and suggest improvements.
• Continually improve Vizient’s enterprise application ecosystem.
