Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience guiding software engineering efforts.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale applications through full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of scalable, high-performance software systems.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, including CI/CD and security.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align tech decisions with business goals.
• Participate in retrospectives to improve processes and performance.
• Coach and mentor engineers as a primary technical lead.
• Lead AI tooling integration in the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Architecture teams, CloudOps, and Security teams.
