Job summary

Woods Bagot is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist – Endpoint & Operations to manage Windows and Mac endpoints, drive modern workplace initiatives, and support a distributed global environment. The role focuses on proactive operations, automation, security controls and collaboration across studios in NA and UK.

You will work with Intune, Autopilot, MECM, Jamf and cloud platforms, balancing BAU support with project work in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration or similar roles.
• Strong experience managing Windows and Mac endpoint environments.
• Experience with endpoint security, vulnerability management and compliance controls.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM, including deployment and updates.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networking concepts.
• Experience automating tasks via scripting or orchestration.
• Knowledge of identity, access management and security controls.
• Experience with ITSM tools, service desk processes and operational reporting.
• Certifications in Microsoft/Azure/AWS/Jamf/Cisco or ITIL recommended.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve endpoint management platforms across Windows and Mac.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle, deployment, patching, security and policy-driven control.
• Support and improve Mac management capabilities and related processes.
• Create and maintain standards, documentation and runbooks for endpoints.
• Escalate and resolve complex infrastructure and endpoint issues.
• Administer cloud and on‑premises infrastructure and identity/security controls.
• Contribute to automation, tooling, alerting and proactive operations.
• Participate in design, implementation and delivery of infrastructure projects.
