Job summary

Cianbro is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to manage endpoint management platforms powering its distributed digital workplace. The role is remote-friendly and reports to the Director of IT End User Services, focusing on automation, change control, thorough documentation, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in endpoint management, strong hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, and patch management in a Microsoft 365 environment, and is adept at enforcing security

Qualifications

• Experience managing endpoint standards, automation, lifecycle processes and reliability.
• Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Microsoft 365, Windows and iOS devices.
• Knowledge of identity-based security, zero-trust concepts and CA policies.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and maintain endpoint management using Intune, Autopilot, Absolute and RMM tools.
• Test and deploy profiles, policies, apps and remediations with controlled change management.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle from zero-touch enrollment to end of life and redeployment.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to measure device health, security and usability.
• Document standards, runbooks, inventory and lifecycle practices per enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to meet enterprise requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Travel to offices and jobsites to evaluate real-world endpoint experiences.
