You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage relationships with internal partners, optimize delivery processes, and stay on-call for incident response.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 9 years in infrastructure support, cloud operations, or PM in a technology-driven environment.
• Hands-on AWS Cloud experience with governance, monitoring, and coordination of cloud infrastructure services (IaaS/PaaS).
• Experience in large-scale, enterprise environments with vendors.
• Strong SQL Server, Linux, and Windows production experience.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team management.

Aufgaben

• Lead the team and provide necessary resources.
• Manage relationships between business lines and infrastructure partners to align services with business strategy.
• Identify cost-reduction strategies while maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting service delivery obligations.
• Supervise infrastructure delivery staff across all stages of the process.
• Develop and refine service delivery processes to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
• Oversee construction, maintenance, and support of infrastructure and system components; balance availability, security, and efficiency.
• Build partnerships with internal and external providers to determine services and resolve issues.
• Join ramp-up efforts to adopt enterprise best practices and standards.
• Be on call to support or lead incident response and escalations.
