Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Principal Data & Analytics Delivery Leader to oversee MMIS data and analytics capabilities for state and local government clients. You will manage a team of analysts and developers, guiding design, development, and implementation of reporting solutions across Medicaid programs.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive integrated data initiatives, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business outcomes while navigating a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data & analytics teams in a complex environment.
• Strong SQL, data visualization, and reporting automation skills.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/MMIS or health payer data landscapes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data & Analytics team and projects.
• Oversee MMIS Data & Analytics design, development, and implementation.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and security standards are met.
