Gainwell Technologies seeks a Principal Data & Analytics Delivery Leader to guide the MMIS Data & Analytics capability for State and Local Government clients. This role oversees delivery of high-quality data and analytics solutions, leads a team of analysts and developers, and partners with cross-functional leaders to support Medicaid business objectives and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in reporting, analytics, or data management; 3+ years in leadership.
• 8+ years Management Consulting in Medicaid State & Local Government OR Commercial Payer Experience.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise reporting tools, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms.
• 3+ years working with MMIS/health plan platforms such as QNXT or FACETS.
• Advanced SQL, data visualization, and reporting automation.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage Data & Analytics team, including Analysts and Configuration Analysts.
• Oversee Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects for MMIS Data & Analytics Solutions across public sector clients.
• Demonstrate Medicaid domain knowledge across MITA areas and MMIS reporting.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to drive integrated reporting and data initiatives.
• Guide a team to deliver client-desired outcomes by understanding business and technical landscape.
• Partner with technical leads to define requirements, prioritize projects, and resolve issues.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Represent the MMIS Reporting function in leadership meetings and cross-departmental initiatives.
• Manage scope, change requests, pricing, and estimation activities for reporting engagements.
