Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Lead Application Architect (.Net & AWS) to help our clients modernize health and human services systems. You will lead cloud-native design, guide AWS architecture, and drive scalable, secure solutions that support vulnerable populations.

In this role you’ll mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across the SDLC while advancing security, resiliency, and cost optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in application architecture or software development.
• Expert in .NET technologies and API design.
• Experience designing scalable AWS-based solutions.
• Ability to lead technical solution design and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the account domain expert with a 360-degree view of client priorities and technology.
• Provide technology leadership with cloud-native design and AWS architecture.
• Drive solution delivery, DevOps pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Lead architecture reviews and guide modern application patterns.
