Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an experienced leader to act as the Owner’s representative for major infrastructure delivery. The role provides executive oversight of construction activities, staff, and consultants, advising client leadership on strategic decisions and risk management.

You will lead senior project teams, ensure safety performance, and coordinate across engineering, construction, and operations to deliver on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 12+ years of construction management experience on large infrastructure or transit projects.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $50M+ (preferably significantly larger).
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience managing major construction contracts of similar size and scope.
• Valid California Class C driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s representative in all aspects of project delivery.
• Provide executive-level oversight of construction activities, staff, and consultants.
• Advise Client executive leadership on strategic decisions and issue resolution.
• Lead Resident Engineers, inspectors, project controls personnel, and support staff.
• Maintain full accountability for project-wide safety performance.
• Monitor schedule and budget performance, reporting directly to executive leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee coordination across engineering, construction, and operational interfaces.
