Insight Global is seeking a senior Capacity Planner for its Manufacturing Operations. The role leads data-driven capacity modeling to convert product demand, hardware configurations, and flows into executable capacity plans across a multi‑billion‑dollar silicon and OSAT network.

The position requires 8+ years in semiconductor capacity management, a BS in a relevant engineering field, and advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI to support NPIs, ramps, and supply‑chain planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of capacity management experience in semiconductors.
• Advanced understanding of silicon manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Champion data foundation and scenario modeling to convert demand into a capacity plan.
• Shape capacity decisions across the silicon and OSAT supply network to safeguard supply continuity and time‑to‑market.
• Build and maintain multi‑variable capacity models using yield, throughput, Excel modeling, and SQL/Power BI to translate demand into execution plans.
• Define resource types and planning parameters (OEE, test time, index time, retest rate) to drive capacity calculations.
• Track on‑hand and on‑order resources and ensure planning data reflects current positions.
