Job summary

TeamSoft is seeking a Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Portfolio Project Manager in Milwaukee. The role leads cross-functional technical teams and vendors to deliver complex infrastructure initiatives, including cloud migrations, server upgrades, and networking deployments.

A balance of strong leadership and technical literacy translates complex constraints into clear business requirements. The position emphasizes end-to-end delivery, stakeholder reporting, and adherence to security/regulatory

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
5+ years of dedicated experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure technology projects.
PMP credentials highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure projects from discovery and planning through deployment and handover.
Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and track milestones.
Direct technical resources across multiple workstreams and oversee third-party contractors.
Manage financial tracking, forecasting, and procurement of hardware/software.
Identify dependencies, maintain risk logs, and develop mitigation plans.
Serve as primary contact point and translate updates for leadership.
