Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA), Milwaukee, WI, seeks an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of critical infrastructure initiatives. You will manage cloud migrations, server upgrades, hardware deployments, and networking setups, translating complex tech constraints into business requirements.

Role is mostly remote with local onsite visits. Must have strong organizational leadership and be comfortable guiding cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure technology projects.
• PMP credentials highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects from discovery and planning through to deployment and handover.
• Create WBS, track milestones, and manage timelines using MS Project.
• Direct technical resources across multiple workstreams and oversee third-party contractors.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and procurement of hardware, software, or construction materials.
• Identify dependencies, manage risk, and ensure compliance with security/regulatory standards.
• Translate technical updates into executive-level reports for leadership and steering committees.
