Qualifications

• 8-15+ years leading major infrastructure projects.
• 3-7+ years direct M&A integration or divestiture PM experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional M&A teams (Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Engineering, Facilities).

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure workstreams within merger, acquisition, divestiture, or carve-out programs.
• Develop integration roadmaps for IT infrastructure, facilities, networks, operational systems, and physical assets.
• Coordinate separation activities such as network segmentation, data migration, IT/OT system carve-outs, and facility transition plans.
• Support due diligence by evaluating technical risks, asset health, infrastructure maturity, and cost-to-integrate estimates.
• Manage multiple, large-scale infrastructure and capital projects across the full lifecycle.
• Drive project governance, including steering committees, PMO reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Ensure that M&A-driven infrastructure projects align with integration milestones, TSA timelines, and synergy targets.
• Partner with corporate development, legal, HR, finance, IT, engineering, and operations during all M&A phases.
