Kit is hiring a remote-first engineer to own end-to-end platform reliability, databases, and Kubernetes upgrades. You will build robust tooling and processes enabling safe ship of changes by engineers and AI agents across a global, fully remote team.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, and enjoy reducing incident impact through root-cause analysis and comprehensive decision documentation.

Formación

• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Own databases, Kubernetes, version upgrades, and platform tooling end to end.
• Build paved paths so engineers and AI agents can ship changes safely.
• Share a three-person on-call rotation and make it quieter over time.
