Job summary

Filigran is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to design, run and secure scalable Kubernetes clusters across bare‑metal and cloud environments. You will implement Helm charts, Ansible automation, and CI/CD pipelines while expanding our SaaS footprint into new regions and providers.

You’ll work in a remote‑first, international team, tasked with reliability, security and compliance in regulated environments, and with leveraging AI agents to improve tooling and incident response.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Platform Engineer, SRE, DevOps or Cloud Engineer.
• Hands‑on Kubernetes in production: operate and troubleshoot.
• Strong Ansible and Helm chart experience.
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• CI/CD pipelines and observability stack experience.
• Security mindset with focus on secrets, access and blast radius.
• Familiar with AI tools/agents and critical review of outputs.
• English fluency required.
• Experience with Terraform and on‑prem/bare‑metal infra is a plus.
• Ability to work in an international, remote‑first team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production Kubernetes clusters on bare‑metal and public clouds.
• Roll out Filigran products in new regions and providers as SaaS footprint grows.
• Maintain deployment tooling: Helm, Ansible, CI/CD, and on‑prem appliances.
• Keep SaaS instances reliable: observability, monitoring, capacity planning, incident reviews.
• Harden platform for regulated environments (FedRAMP, SecNumCloud).
• Use AI agents in daily work while reviewing their outputs.
• Contribute to agent playgrounds and guardrails for safe collaboration.
• Scope problems, propose approaches, document decisions for future work.
