Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Infrastructure Automation to design and advance infrastructure-as-code across cloud and on-prem environments. You will develop opinionated Terraform modules, reusable Ansible content, and policy-driven controls while ensuring security and compliance.

You will partner with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams and lead internal tooling efforts to improve developer experience and reliability across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years of related engineering experience.
• Strong software engineering and systems design skills.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and cloud/platform tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve infrastructure automation tooling and modules.
• Develop and maintain Terraform and Ansible capabilities with automated tests.
• Collaborate across Cloud, Platform, Security, and CI/CD teams to enable controlled infra changes.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in infrastructure as code and policy controls.
