Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer to design and maintain infrastructure-as-code foundations powering cloud and hybrid environments.

The role emphasizes reusable Terraform modules, hardened pipelines, policy-as-code, and scalable multi-account management across providers. Strong software engineering discipline and production Terraform experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps engineering with significant Terraform focus.
• Production Terraform across at least one major cloud provider.
• Experience designing reusable Terraform modules with clean APIs and version discipline.
• Experience with Terraform state management, backends, and large-scale workspace organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modular Terraform code across cloud accounts and environments.
• Build a library of reusable Terraform modules with interfaces and documentation.
• Implement Terraform automation pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Atlantis, Terraform Cloud, or Spacelift.
• Define and enforce policy-as-code using Sentinel, OPA, Conftest, or Checkov.
• Manage Terraform state with backends, state locking, and disaster recovery planning.
• Drive multi-account, multi-region, and multi-cloud provisioning with clear naming and tagging standards.
• Collaborate with security and platform teams to embed guardrails into modules and pipelines.
• Lead migrations from legacy infrastructure to IaC footprints with minimal disruption.
