Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd is seeking a Triage / Root Cause & Development Engineer to lead end-to-end investigations of complex automotive infotainment issues. You will perform system-level triage, embedded software debugging, log analysis, and source-code review to drive root cause, corrective action, and validation across Android Automotive and vehicle interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on embedded software development in automotive infotainment or system integration.
• Strong programming in C/C++ and/or Java with code review and debugging experience.
• Experience with Android Automotive / infotainment platforms and debugging tools.
• Proven ability to analyze complex system logs, traces, and failure data.
• Experience supporting warranty, field, or escalation investigations.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end triage of automotive infotainment issues from symptom to root cause.
• Reproduce and validate fixes using vehicles, HIL/VHIL, and component test setups.
• Analyze logs, traces, and crash data across ECUs and software layers.
• Develop diagnostic instrumentation and code-level corrective recommendations.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and validation teams to close defects.
