Amentum is seeking an Information Systems Manager to join our team in McLean, VA, supporting a critical government customer. This role leads IT operations, IA/CND functions, and system security with DoD/IC experience and a Top Secret clearance requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science/Engineering.
• At least 8+ years of hands-on experience with Windows OS environments and virtualization solutions; 5+ years with a relevant Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and/or delegating the work of others.
• Active Top Secret US Government Clearance with SCI and polygraph are required.
• DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certifications are desirable.
• Familiarity with RMF and NIST 800-53 controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform IA and CND functions across multi-tier environments.
• Support program, organization, system, or enclave IA programs.
• Evaluate user needs and system functionality across multiple software systems (Maximo, Maxwell).
• Provide security certification testing and risk management.
• Maintain operational security posture and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Plan, develop, and implement budgets and procurement processes.
• Ensure smooth running of systems including antivirus, email, and licensing compliance.
• Prepare and maintain System Security Plans, risk assessments, and C&A packages.
• Write reports and presentations to upper management on networking issues.
