Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Insider Threat Program Support Officer for the DHS Insider Threat Program. The role provides programmatic support, metric collection and visualization, report generation, and policy development related to User Activity Monitoring and Intelligence Analysis.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with applicable laws, assist leadership with briefings, and develop future state capabilities to identify indicators of compromise, while supporting enterprise publication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 12 years of experience in policy development, UAM or intelligence analysis
• 6+ years of policy development, user activity monitoring or intelligence analysis
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements as they apply to UAM and intelligence analysis
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Splunk or other visualization tools
• Experience as an Action Officer/Staff Officer
• Briefing experience at Field Grade level

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for UAM and intelligence analysis ensuring compliance with laws and standards
• Counsel Leadership on insider threat policy, systems monitoring and best practices
• Analyze captured data to identify indicators of compromise and counter unauthorized activity
• Prepare and present recommendations and briefings to senior management
• Conduct research on emerging threats, monitoring technologies and methodologies
