Job summary

Leidos’ Digital Modernization Sector seeks an Insider Threat Program Support Officer for the DHS Insider Threat Program. You will provide programmatic support, metric collection, visualization, report generation, and develop policies for User Activity Monitoring and intelligence analysis.

You will ensure compliance with laws and standards, support identification and mitigation of threats, and provide staff officer support to the customer, ensuring documents meet enterprise publishing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or Intelligence Studies with 12+ years of experience.
• 6+ years in policy development, user activity monitoring or intelligence analysis.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for UAM and intelligence.
• Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Splunk.
• Experience as Action Officer/Staff Officer and briefing at higher levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies for UAM and Intelligence Analysis procedures.
• Counsel leadership on insider threat policy, monitoring, and best practices.
• Analyze data to identify indicators of compromise and future capabilities.
• Prepare recommendations and brief senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct research on threats, monitoring tech, and methodologies; compile documentation.
• Provide staff officer support and ensure enterprise publication standards.
