Job summary

Leidos in Virginia is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Insider Threat Program (ITP) under the HEITS contract for DHS. You will oversee a 40-person team of engineers and architects, prioritizing staff development, program execution, and customer collaboration.

Responsibilities include coordinating spend plans and budget reporting, guiding risk mitigation, and driving new business opportunities with DHS stakeholders to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher with 8+ years in related field or Master's with 6+ years.
• Prior leadership responsibilities and documented staff oversight.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; capable of high-level briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Insider Threat Program as primary leader with DHS stakeholders.
• Oversee staffing and recruiting to ensure qualified personnel.
• Collaborate with HEITS ops on spend plans, EACs, and financial reporting.
• Oversee cost estimation and projection analyses for budgeting.
• Supervise staff at adjacent agencies and engage customer stakeholders.
• Provide recurring execution reports for transparency.
• Support growth, expand scope, and drive value-added services.
• Maintain strong relationships with DHS stakeholders as liaison.
• Escalate issues to Leidos policy-aligned teams.
• Document risks and mitigation plans; build program capabilities.
