Job summary

Global Payments in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Information Security Threat Hunter to join our Security team. You will perform research and analysis to detect advanced threats and lead hunting activities across enterprise data sources.

You’ll work with the Threat Management Center, operationalize new detection techniques, and provide SME support for cyber incident response. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in IT security with a CEH or CCTH are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, networking or computer science.
• Typically minimum 4 years of relevant experience in information technology.
• Certified Cyber Threat Hunter or Certified Ethical Hacker required.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with malicious insider activity and various threat actors.
• Lead security monitoring and analysis to identify attacks against the enterprise.
• Collaborate with Threat Management Center to operationalize new detection techniques.
