Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Information Security Threat Hunter to join its evolving Information Security team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will own threat detection through proactive monitoring, actor-profile analysis, and targeted detection engineering to protect our enterprise assets.

Qualified candidates typically hold a Bachelor’s degree in information security, networking, or computer science, plus 4+ years of relevant IT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, networking, or computer science.
• Typically minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in IT ( Networking, development, or systems) and project management.
• Certified Cyber Threat Hunter or Certified Ethical Hacker.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with malicious insider activity, organized crime/fraud groups and threat actors.
• Leads analysis of data sources, security tools, and threat trends to identify attacks against the enterprise.
• Leads analysis of the environment from a threat actor's perspective and identifies vulnerable assets to detect attack activity.
