Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a senior security program leader to drive risk governance and compliant delivery across a national US footprint. The role emphasizes remediation, audits, and collaboration with suppliers and clients to maintain contractual adherence and secure operations.

You will shape security messaging, coordinate incident management, and advance regulatory compliance in HIPAA, NIST, and FedRAMP contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in risk management, audit, security or technical delivery.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Security, or equivalent.
• Experience with security regulations and auditing programs (HIPAA, NIST, MARS-E/ARC-AMPE, FedRAMP).
• Proven ability to lead audits, remediation efforts and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security operational governance activities.
• Drive security remediation efforts and SLA/SLO adherence.
• Compliance-focused with emphasis on security tooling and business operations.
• Manage security incidents from start to finish and coordinate audit preparation and remediation.
• Coordinate security risks and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
