Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a senior Security governance leader to drive remediation, ensure SLA/SLO adherence, and manage security incidents end-to-end for assigned accounts.

You will coordinate audits, manage regulatory compliance (HIPAA, NIST, FedRAMP), and partner with suppliers and clients to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

This remote US role offers travel 0–10% and professional growth within a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent
• 10+ years in risk management, audit, security, or technical delivery
• Experience with HIPAA, NIST, MARS-E/ARC-AMPE, FedRAMP
• Experience leading audits and remediation efforts
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to operate in diverse, multinational, virtual environments

Responsibilities

• Lead Security governance activities and remediation efforts
• Drive SLA/SLO adherence and performance
• Manage security incidents from start to finish
• Coordinate audit preparation and remediation
• Maintain an account security plan for selected accounts and products
• Manage security risks and exceptions
• Ensure adherence to security standards and policies
• Report security metrics in support of contractual commitments
• Relationship management with suppliers and clients
