Job summary

D-Matrix, a leader in AI inference silicon and software, seeks a Senior Manager, Information Security to build a unified security function across the company. You will own the security roadmap and budget, protecting IP, EDA workflows, and the software supply chain while enabling fast shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading security programs or teams.
• Experience securing hybrid, colocation, or on-premises lab infrastructure with cloud.
• Active credentials such as CISSP, CISM, or specialized AI/cloud security certs.
• Experience managing SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 readiness and audits.
• Direct experience with semiconductor or hardware supply chain security.

Responsibilities

• Build a unified security roadmap and budget across IT, cloud, and product teams.
• Partner with IT, SRE, and Facilities to mature identity governance and incident response.
• Lead readiness for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.
• Protect IP, EDA workflows, and software sources with least privilege and secure transfer.
• Co-architect hardware roots of trust and secure boot with hardware teams.
• Establish trusted software supply chain practices and SBOMs for compilers and runtimes.
• Enforce Zero Trust, MFA, and DevSecOps across cloud, on‑prem, and lab environments.
