Job summary

DeployCo is looking for an InfoSec Lead to build and lead our security function as we scale globally. You will own the security strategy and execution, protecting people, systems and data while helping teams deliver secure AI solutions for enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will establish the foundations of our security programme, build a high-performing team and partner with IT, Engineering, Delivery and Legal to translate complex risks into clear decisions as the

Qualifications

• Extensive information security leadership experience in a technology or enterprise software environment.
• Experience building or scaling a security function in a fast-growing company.
• Ability to translate complex risks into clear decisions for executives and technical teams.
• Experience securing AI-enabled applications or deployments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and own DeployCo’s security strategy, roadmap, budget and operating model.
• Establish core security capabilities across cloud, identity, data protection and application security.
• Embed security into the full lifecycle of customer deployments with Engineering and Delivery.
• Define security requirements and controls for AI applications and internal AI adoption.
• Lead security assurance, audits and certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 as needed.
• Partner with Legal and commercial teams on customer security reviews and data protection.
• Own incident preparedness, response, exercises and communication during incidents.
• Hire, develop and lead a strong security team and foster a company-wide security culture.
• Provide executive visibility into risks, maturity and investment decisions.
