XSI is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and sustainment of Air Force Operational Medicine (AFOMIS) MEDXS capabilities. You will be the primary point of contact with the Government, reporting to the Government Portfolio Manager and COR at AFOMIS, with duties spanning the National Capital Region and deployed sites across multiple OCONUS AORs.

• Experience managing on-site and remote support for TMIP systems at deployed locations.
• Experience managing multi-node OCONUS deployments.
• Hands-on experience with SPOT and LOA processes.
• Experience managing host-nation theater clearance/DOCPER across multiple OCONUS AORs.
• Experience in CENTCOM and/or EUCOM operational environments.

• Plan and execute multi-node OCONUS deployments, including personnel readiness, SPOT records and LOAs
• Manage host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS AORs
• Manage staffing, schedule, risk and deliverables across CENTCOM and/or EUCOM operational environments

Clearance: Active Secret

Experience: 10+ years preferred

Overview. XSI is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and sustainment of Air Force Operational Medicine (AFOMIS) Medical Expeditionary Systems (MEDXS) capabilities. You will be XSI's primary point of contact with the Government and will run a program that spans the National Capital Region and deployed sites across multiple OCONUS Areas of Responsibility. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and sustainment of medical waivers workflow systems and enterprise medical analytics dashboards

Required qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and valid U.S. passport (see universal requirements)
• Experience managing development and sustainment of medical waivers workflow systems
• Experience managing medical analytics dashboards in an enterprise environment
• Experience managing integrated IM/IT testing in physical and virtual environments
• Experience managing on-site and remote support for TMIP systems at deployed locations
• Experience managing multi-node OCONUS deployments
• Hands-on experience with SPOT and LOA processes
• Experience managing host-nation theater clearance/DOCPER across multiple OCONUS AORs
• Experience in CENTCOM and/or EUCOM operational environments

Preferred qualifications

• 10 or more years of relevant experience
