Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Senior Information Governance Analyst to lead the firm’s information governance program. You will partner with attorneys and leadership to develop best practices, guide lifecycle management, and ensure compliance while mentoring team members.

The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, implementing governance policies, and driving automation to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information governance, records management, or related field within a professional services environment.
• Experience leading projects and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of information lifecycle management and records retention practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for information governance policies, processes, and technology solutions.
• Develop and enforce procedures, standards, and best practices for the information governance program.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives to improve information management and operational efficiency.
• Implement governance policies to ensure legal, regulatory, and business compliance.
• Analyze data and reporting to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders on records retention, legal holds, and lifecycle management.
• Train and mentor Information Governance team members.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce risk and enhance data governance.
