Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking an Information Governance Analyst to join our team. You will support enterprise-wide information governance initiatives, working with attorneys, business professionals, and leadership to protect information assets and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

You will manage records lifecycle, lead improvement projects, and collaborate across departments to modernize information management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in Information Governance, Records Management, or Data Management.
• Experience with information governance principles and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Professional certifications preferred (IGP, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Support Information Governance strategy by implementing policies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business teams to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
• Manage lifecycle of records (retention, transfers, holds, disposition).
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve information management and efficiency.
• Analyze data and reporting to identify process improvements and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate to strengthen governance practices and support strategic initiatives.
• Provide guidance to Information Governance Specialists and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance and data management.
