Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking an Information Governance Analyst to protect information assets and drive governance initiatives across the firm. You will partner with attorneys, business teams, and leadership to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Join a collaborative team to manage records lifecycle, retention, holds, and disposition, while modernizing information management and driving process improvements to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Governance or Records Management.
• Knowledge of information governance principles and records lifecycle management.
• Experience with records and document management systems and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the firm’s Information Governance strategy by implementing policies, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with attorneys and business teams to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Manage the lifecycle of physical and electronic records, including retention, transfers, legal holds, and disposition.
• Lead cross-functional projects that improve information management and operational efficiency.
• Analyze data and reporting to identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation.
