You will translate regulatory requirements into scalable enterprise processes and drive governance across business units.

The role emphasizes independence, policy translation, and collaboration to support audits and strategic growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in information governance or related fields.
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services, banking, or similar).
• Ability to translate regulatory or policy requirements into operational processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with governance standards, monitoring programs, and enterprise-wide implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maturation of the Information Governance program.
• Establish and mature information governance capabilities and retention standards.
• Administer records management technologies, reporting tools, and workflows.
• Monitor compliance, identify gaps, and drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and Board-level reporting.
