Job summary

GreatAmerica Financial Services is seeking a Governance and Corporate Legal Analyst to support governance structure and legal operations. This role coordinates board and management committee meetings, prepares materials, and maintains critical corporate records and board portals.

You will oversee entity maintenance, shareholder matters, ethics program, and provide legal support across corporate functions, HR matters, and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Prefer 6+ years in governance, legal support or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cadence and scheduling of governance-related meetings, aligning management with Board meetings.
• Assist in drafting board materials: agendas, resolutions, minutes.
