Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to lead enterprise data governance initiatives and advance CLA's data program. You will design and enforce governance policies, standards, and processes; drive data quality conformance; and partner with business and technical leaders to promote responsible, compliant data use.

This role collaborates with Compliance, Risk, Security, Legal, and Metadata Management; you will develop training to strengthen data governance adoption

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data governance or data management required.
• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• Fluent with DAMA-DMBOK and privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance initiatives and drive ongoing maturity of the program.
• Design and enforce data governance policies, standards, and processes.
• Drive data quality conformance and issue resolution across the enterprise.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to promote compliant data use.
• Define governance requirements for metadata, business terms, data elements, and lineage.
• Manage governance artifacts lifecycle: drafting, review, publication, versioning, refreshes.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Security, Legal, and Metadata Management stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training and guidance to strengthen governance adoption and data literacy across the organization.
