Humana is seeking a Senior Informaticist to serve as a data and analytics expert within the Process Insights program. You will translate complex process data into actionable insights that drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.

You will leverage AI process mining tools and Power BI to design and refine dashboards, presenting intuitive visuals for leaders and delivery teams. Remote position with occasional travel may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, informatics, or BI with a focus on operational data.
• Hands‑on experience designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Experience working with process, workflow, or engagement data to support analysis and decision‑making.
• Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and analyze key metrics and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to use data visualization and storytelling to make insights clear for non‑technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define and support the data strategy for each onboarding program.
• Assess data readiness; identify source systems and required data feeds.
• Interpret process and engagement data to support insight generation.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards with clear visuals.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and partners to monitor KPIs and engagement goals.
• Iterate on dashboards based on user feedback and evolving questions.
• Communicate analytical findings through concise narratives and visuals.
