Job summary

Humana, a leading U.S. healthcare company, seeks a Senior Informaticist to translate process and operational data into actionable insights using AI process mining tools like Skan AI and Power BI.

You will collaborate with Program Managers and partners to define metrics, build dashboards, and communicate findings through data storytelling to drive decisions and continuous improvement. This remote role offers travel for training, a 40-hour week, and a competitive pay range with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, informatics, or BI.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
• Experience with process, workflow, or engagement data to support analysis.
• Proven ability to define, refine, and analyze KPIs with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and support data strategy for programs onboarding to task mining.
• Assess data readiness and identify source systems and data feeds.
• Interpret data to support insight generation for engagements.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for actionable views.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and partners to monitor KPIs and metrics.
• Use infographics and visuals to make insights intuitive and actionable.
• Analyze trends and variances to surface opportunities and risks.
• Iterate dashboards based on user feedback and evolving questions.
• Communicate analytical findings through narratives and visuals.
