Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Informaticist to join the Process Insights team in a remote-capable role. You will translate complex process and operational data into actionable insights using AI process mining tools and Power BI dashboards.

You’ll collaborate with analytics, IT and business partners to define metrics, refine visuals, and communicate findings to leaders and delivery teams, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, informatics, BI, or related analytical discipline.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
• Experience with process, workflow, or engagement data to support analysis.
• Proven ability to define, refine, and analyze KPIs with operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and support data strategy for each onboarding program.
• Assess data readiness; identify source systems and data feeds.
• Interpret process and engagement data to support insights.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Power BI with clear visuals.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and partners to monitor KPIs.
• Use infographics and visuals to make insights actionable.
• Analyze trends to surface opportunities and risks for engagement.
• Iterate dashboards based on user feedback and evolving questions.
• Communicate analytic findings through concise narratives and visuals.
